REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ #672) – HOME REHABILITATION SERVICES – LAND BANK HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
RACW seeks qualifications from firms that have the ability to perform home rehabilitation work associated with Washington County Land Bank Homebuyer Assistance Program. The information regarding the qualifications being sought by RACW is identified in RFQ #672. The deadline for submission of qualifications is 4:30 P.M., prevailing time, on September 28, 2018. Each submission of qualifications will be ranked in accordance with the following criteria:
Qualifications of Firm and Personnel – 40 Points
Experience of Firm and Personnel – 60 Points
Disadvantaged, Minority-owned, Women-owned Business Enterprise – 6 Points

The objectives and purpose of the Land Bank Homebuyer Assistance Program (LBHAP) are to acquire vacant, tax delinquent properties to develop affordable housing units for sale to eligible homebuyers. The homes will be rehabilitated and marketed to buyers. RACW is soliciting qualifications from contractors to develop a list of prequalified bidders for future home rehabilitation projects. It is anticipated that each project will range from $10,000 to $70,000.
