This project will involve renovations to the former McGuffey Administration Building located at 117 Main Street. The project will include the replacement of 25 windows, upgrading the HVAC systems, upgrading the electrical system, replacement of two exterior doors, ADA compliance improvements, interior renovations, and exterior concrete work. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE SITE, 117 MAIN STREET, CLAYSVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA ON AUGUST 16, 2010 AT 9:30 A.M. ANY POTENTIAL BIDDER NOT ATTENDING THIS MEETING WILL BE CONSIDERED DISQUALIFIED AND WILL FORFEIT THE COST OF THE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS.

This project involves the repair of the existing sanitary sewer line at four known infiltration points, as well as the installation of lining in an additional 305 linear feet of old sewer line. Two new 4-foot manholes will be installed to provide access to the existing system. This project also involves the construction of 1,200 Linear Feet of 8-Inch Sanitary Sewer along Nellie Avenue from the intersection of Nellie Avenue and Third Street west to the terminus of Nellie Avenue. |
