Access Program

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), has made funds available to Washington County to provide low and moderate income residents with permanent, physical disabilities increased accessibility in their current homes.

The purpose of this Program is to provide disabled residents increased accessibility in their homes. Modifying the home will prevent institutionalization and enable persons with disabilities to remain in their community setting.
