This level 11 acre site located within the Donora Industrial Park adjacent to the Donora central business district is served by a new limited access road which borders the property on two sides providing immediate access to I-70 and other major highways serving the Mid Mon Valley region and surrounding areas. All major utilities serve the site which also affords rail service and immediate access to the Monongahela River.
